Clarence Park hold celebration ceremony for their residents, families and staff
On Wednesday (15th May), Clarence Park held a celebration ceremony for their residents, families and staff. Also as part of the National Family Day and Mental Health Awareness Week.
Consequently the aim was to celebrate their ‘family’ and show appreciation and thanks to everyone for their hard work and support.
The afternoon started with a fantastic buffet, prepared by the amazing kitchen staff. The menu included salmon cous cous, minted baby potatoes and homemade quiches.
An awards ceremony was held; residents awards included a “TV Guru”, “Champagne Personality Award”,” Best Tea Drinker” and many more.
Clarence Park also presented awards resident’s family members, thanking them for their support and encouragement.
Staff received awards for “Team Work”, “The Most Polite”, “The Longest Serving Employee” and “Always Willing To Help.”
Special mentions went to Ron, for the “Best Musical Entertainer” and to Clarence Park manager, Teresa who had received a personal letter from a family member thanking her for all the care and work in the home, but also for her relentless dedication.
