Clarence Park Care Home hold special memorial on Time to Talk Day…
Time to Change, Time to talk day is about having conversations about Mental Health. Therefore being open and prepared to listen can make a positive difference to an individual’s life. Because individuals with mental health problems can be made to feel isolated and ashamed.
Clarence Park held an afternoon with the residents to chat about Mental Health while enjoying tea, homemade cakes and sherry. In addition the afternoon was made extra special with a memorial of late resident, Alan Sharpe.
Alan Sharpe, lived with mental health issues most of his adult life. He lived at Clarence Park for over 8 years. And everyone who visited Clarence Park would be welcomed by his smile and a thumbs up!
