Cedar Lodge enjoy a pub Christmas lunch

 

Cedar Lodge hosts Christmas lunch for their residents and families, on Monday this week at The O Bridge Pub/restaurant, Taunton.

70 people enjoying fun and festivities attended the banquet, followed by music and a Christmas singalong with Chris Clarke and his guitar.

Punch and Judy show

 

Cedar Lodge hosted a traditional Punch and Judy show for residents, bringing back memories from the past, provoking conversation, laughter and fun!

80  children from Wellsprings Primary School came along for the experience, raising awareness of dementia within the local community with the Archie Project.

Pictured is Lucy, aged 101, with her family and ‘Punch’ the puppet. Lucy said ‘the show was wonderful  it brought back memories with all the children’

A surprise visit from Farther Christmas  followed and all the children got a goodie bag.
