Clarence Park Care Home raise money for Children in Need

Clarence Park residents and staff dressed up as Pudsey bear with Pudsey headbands and face paint for Children in Need.

Children in Need is the BBC’s UK charity, raising money since 1980 to help change the lives of young people and disabled children.

Anita Wingrove, Activities Coordinator, did a sponsored silence for one hour from 11am ! She put up a sign to let people know and carried on with her duties in silence which she completed successfully!

Chef, Helen, baked a wonderful cake, with Pudsey bear made out of icing, for all the residents to enjoy with their afternoon tea.

They also put on a raffle to win donated prizes.

Clarence Park raised £76 so far for Children in Need! Well Done everyone!
