Residents, relatives and staff at Notaro Care homes helped raise money for Red Nose Day.

Friday 13th March saw its 15th Red Nose Day and our Care Homes were joining in on the fun and raising money for Comic Relief.

Activities included baking and selling cakes, sponsored walks, funny face painted plates competition, singing, dancing, dress up, residents painting staff faces for the charity’s initiative to ‘make your face funny for money’ and more.

Red Nose Day is held every two years; in 2013 a staggering £75,107,852 was raised. The money raised is used to confront the causes of poverty and social injustices within the UK and the rest of the World.

Everyone who took part, had a fun afternoon and helped to raise a fantastic £300.47!
