Nursing home

Clarence Park Nursing Home is registered to care for 50 older people with nursing needs.

Our registered nurses and care team are available 24 hours a day to assist and meet individual needs, with patience, kindness and understanding.

The home

Clarence Park Nursing Home is conveniently located near to Weston-super-Mare's famous seafront. The area around Clarence Park has recently benefitted from substantial investment and is now one of the most sought after residential areas in Somerset.

The home was extensively refurbished throughout and extended to include the Parkside Suite in 2004. Clarence Park's kitchens which were refitted as part of this investment have been awarded an excellent five star rating by North Somerset Council's food hygiene inspection team.

The home overlooks the lawns, flower beds and mature trees in the much loved park from which it takes its name.

The homes residents are enabled to keep active and involved with a program of informal and organised events provided by our activities coordinator. We recognise the need for meaningful activities for people living with nursing needs. Activities are built into all areas of life in the home, helping to stimulate residents and promote self-esteem and a sense of well-being. The smiling faces in the homes popular news letter "The Clarence Herald" are testament to the fun the residents have.
