Fun Day's a Big Hit!
The Family Fun Day held at Immacolata House Nursing & Dementia Home in Langport, Somerset on Sunday 25th July 2009 was a huge hit. The Mangledwurzels set the tone for the day with their subtle blend of musical skills & scrumpy inspired banter. Folks came from far & wide to support our efforts to raise money for the Alzheimer's Society and the Freewheelers Emergency Voluntary Service.
The day was organised to help Nunzio and N Notaro Homes Limited celebrate 25 years in business. It seems that so much fun was had, everybody is now looking forward to celebrating 26 years in business next summer! Many thanks are due to everybody who helped by running stalls, supplying prizes, making cakes and bouncing on castles.
Last, but not least, we are delighted that the proceeds to be donated to The Freewheelers EVS and The Alzheimer's Society totalled £2000 Thank you!!!
