Take Note Choir sing for residents at Immacolata House

Take Note are an entertainment group of individuals that bring song, music and laughter to the elderly and disabled groups.

The group formed in 2004 with the aid of lottery funding. Their objectives are to lift spirits, raise smiles and most of all involve their audience. Their repertoire is entertaining and varied from Music Hall to the present day, in addition including poetry and comedy sketches.

The ‘Queens Award for Voluntary Service’ was honoured in 2011. Due to Take Note’s dedication of their members, giving their time and effort in the entertainment of the Elderly of Somerset.

Staff, residents and relatives were entertained by the group yesterday, 1st of June.
